AIBlack ("we", "our", or "us") operates the YoYoShadow mobile application (the "App"). YoYoShadow is a proxy client for iOS that routes network traffic through proxy servers that users own or are authorised to use. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

YoYoShadow does not require an account or personal information to use. The only data you enter is proxy server configuration (host addresses, ports, and encryption parameters), which is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us.

1.2 Network Traffic

We do not log, inspect, or store your network traffic. Traffic is routed directly from your device to the proxy server you have configured. Neither AIBlack nor the App has access to the content of your communications.

1.3 Camera Access

The App requests camera access solely for scanning QR codes that contain proxy server configuration data. Camera images are processed entirely on-device in real time and are never stored or transmitted.

1.4 Clipboard Access

When you return to the App, it checks whether the clipboard contains a proxy configuration URL (e.g., starting with ss://, vmess://, or vless://) and offers to import it. Clipboard contents are not transmitted to any server.

1.5 Local Storage

Server configurations, subscription URLs, and settings are stored using iOS system APIs within an App Group shared solely between the main app and its Network Extension on the same device. This data is not accessible to any external party.

1.6 In-App Purchases

Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework. We receive only a verified transaction record confirming whether a purchase was made. We do not receive or store your payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Because we collect no personal data beyond what you explicitly enter as proxy server settings (stored only on your device), there is no personal information for us to use. Settings and server configurations are used solely to establish the proxy tunnel connection you request.

3. Third-Party Services

YoYoShadow uses only Apple system frameworks. We do not include any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to share. We would only disclose information if required to do so by applicable law.

5. Data Security

All proxy server configurations are stored locally within iOS's sandboxed App Group storage. Traffic between your device and your proxy server is encrypted by the protocol you have chosen (e.g., Shadowsocks AEAD, VMess, VLESS with TLS). We do not have access to your device storage or network traffic.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe your child has used this App, please contact us; as we collect no personal data, there is nothing to delete.

7. Data Retention

All data is stored exclusively on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. We retain no server-side data about you.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
