AIBlack ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PartyGlow mobile application (the "App"). PartyGlow is a music-reactive flashlight and visualizer app for iOS that synchronizes device flashlight control and on-screen visual effects with real-time audio analysis. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

PartyGlow does not require an account or personal information to use. You do not need to sign up, log in, or provide any identifying information.

1.2 Microphone Access

The App requests microphone access to analyze audio in real time for beat detection and visualizer rendering. Audio data is processed entirely on-device using FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis. Audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. It is analyzed in real time and immediately discarded.

1.3 Camera/Flashlight Access

The App uses the device camera hardware solely to control the rear flashlight (torch) brightness in sync with audio. No images or video are captured, stored, or transmitted.

1.4 Local File Access

When you choose to play a music file, the App accesses the file you select through iOS document picker. Files are read locally for audio analysis and playback. They are not uploaded to any server.

1.5 Bluetooth & Local Network (Party Mode)

Party Mode uses Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework and/or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to discover and connect nearby devices. Data exchanged between devices includes only playback synchronization commands, audio files you choose to share within the party session, and visualizer settings. No personal data is transmitted. All communication occurs directly between devices on the local network — no data passes through our servers.

1.6 Local Storage

App settings (selected palette, visualizer type, sensitivity preferences) are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect no personal data. All audio analysis, flashlight control, and visualizer rendering happen entirely on your device. Settings and preferences are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

3. Third-Party Services

PartyGlow uses only Apple system frameworks. We do not include any third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to share. We would only disclose information if required to do so by applicable law.

5. Data Security

All data remains on your device within iOS's sandboxed app storage. Party Mode communication is handled by Apple's frameworks with encryption. We do not have access to your device storage, microphone data, or any communication between devices.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 4. The App contains flashing lights and strobing effects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

7. Data Retention

All data is stored exclusively on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. We retain no server-side data about you.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
